Most of the employees provided excellent customer service. The man running the register would not allow me to set my purchases on the side of the counter as I requested. Most other stores are always happy to help us. I was told to use one of their shopping bags by 2 employees and that I could carry around my items that way. I declined, did not want to tell them I had a recent shoulder injury. I shopped only until my arms were to full to look at other items and or carry them any further. Had the staff allowed me to set my items down I could have purchased much more. I thought it was actually incredibly rude and poor customer service to treat a customer the way they treated me. Maybe it was because we were not tourists and this store is located in a tourist area of the island. I work in customer service side of a company. The young man who refused to assist would never represent our brand the way he did Addidas today.

Very good deals of Adidas make, for Maui.
Update: Last time I went there (June 2021) the attendant was very rude when I tried to ask about a running shoe, because my mask was a little low, and I had no opportunity to ask, so I went to another shop. Some stores forgot how to welcome clients and sell their products.

It was actually the Waikiki Brew and grill. Natalie was a great wait person. The prime rib sandwich, delish! And the ginger cucumber mint cocktail was tasty and refreshing. I would love to combine the ahi appetizer with the giant pretzel. Just a suggestion.

Had a nice shop, found running shorts for $10/pair. Lots of things still expensive, but if willing to hunt a bit there are some good deals.
