Great customer service at this store! Finally made a trip to Maui and it’s a must for me to visit a Local Motion whenever I go to the Islands. We stayed near Lahaina and saw there was a Local Motion in town so we had to go check it out. When we got to the store we were immediately greeted by the team working they day. After a little browsing were approached by an associate named Jachia who was really nice and helpful! She showed us the deals going on and had no problem checking and looking for sizes for me and my girlfriend. She was really helpful, patient, and friendly especially with us asking a lot of questions. During the visit we also did get introduced to Nate who was really nice too! Our visit to the store that day was great! It didn’t just feel like we went shopping but felt like we made new friends! Thank you Jachia for all the help and awesome service!

The last time I purchased local motion clothing was when we visited Hawaii 7 yrs ago! So of course I had to stock up. The staff were friendly and helpful.

my wife and I came to Maui for 9 days to spend time with our daughter and son and their families and see our grandbabies...My wife of 14 yrs is from Maui and we have a large Hawaiian family throughout the Islands....we shopped at Local Motion in Lahaina and Jachia took care of us on 4 trips into the store....Jachia was such a pleasure and joy to work with...she is a valuable asset to your company......we'll be making trips back home to Maui every year , twice a yr if possible...all the local stores were awesome but Local Motion was the best of all...AWESOME people and products....once again to Jachia, Mahalo for ur help, ur friendliness and ur smile....Aloha, from K-9 Officer Donnie Lee and Rosemary Mililani Lee...from Alabama...

Purchased a mens wind breaker 6 months ago and its already all faded so bad and the words are barely there.. Use to be quality clothing would last for ever.. Now not even 6 months? So sad.
