save all of your time effort and energy. Live off base. The houses are disgusting old outdated and covered in mold. They will not help you with anything and will still charge you almost $1,000 for problems that were there when you moved in. Live off base. Stay away. If you made the unfortunate mistake of living on base, don’t even bother trying to clean it all they’re going to charge you anyway and you’ll do nothing but waste your time and effort. This island and base as a whole were nothing but terrible. Run far away

Annalyn SL. Pasco is extremely rude doesn’t want to help and completely unsympathetic and unprofessional after telling us that we are SOL with out TLA, she’s been rude for the last 4 months trying to set up housing beforehand, she has been a main blockage for this entire process, FIRE HER ASAP.

My husband and I are mil-to-mil, different branches, and different ranks. I had been telling them, and my husband had been inquiring, for the previous three months, they should be taking my BAH(E5, Air Force) , instead of his (E4, Marine). They stated “the marine is always primary”. Two days before move in, someone finally contacted us saying I would be primary. It is only $100, but it is very frustrating that they cannot collect accurate information before distributing it.
The manager has passive aggressively hung up on my husband. They also refused to communicate with me because “I am not the primary”.
If I hadn’t already sold my house, we would have moved in here. They also told us a house would be ready on the first of the month, but it was not ready until the 19th. This is the most incompetent military-related office I have ever had to deal with. Good luck trying to get in contact with them, they do not like answering their phones.

* almost 4 years later I am changing my review from 1 star* move out was seamless.

Called Ahead of time last month to report I’ll be leaving in September. got told that I would need my orders before I can check out. End up having to pay a $1000 for late notice, yet my housing Mololani told me I didn’t need my orders to let them know and that they don’t work directly with the family housing office so they did not inform them. These people need more training otherwise more service members are going to get financially abused.

I was calling about my walk in I had questions I reached out to the front desk receptionist, she sounded middle/old aged she tried getting an attitude with me otp and was being rude, she was talking to me like I was one of her friends on the block, like I was a child she had no patience and didn’t answer my questions she just pushed me to the side, she said she’ll give me the leasing office number and then she began to read out the numbers extremely fast like she was counting when I said I couldn’t hear her I asked can she please repeat it and slow down she started giving me an attitude, she was looking for an argument being disrespectful telling me not to give her an attitude and I wasn’t she didn’t acknowledge me or give me the number again until I apologized. Just terrible costumer service this early in the morning.

Grace is incredible rude when you try to talk to her boss she started screaming at me. Have two disabled kids and they told me they couldn’t fit me till 10 am and after my appointment I can check out with the last few mins left... check out is at 11. So that is impossible. Grace and her supervisor kept screaming and your hotel coverage will be cut off today if your late it’s your bill. Not a nice welcome. I’m a therapist and have communication skills. Grace and her bosses do not. By the time you actually talk to people other than grace you are angry and ready to scream at them. Grace is a problem and the office enables her. If you are getting stationed here head the warning before you are stuck do not take housing here. Look off base the honey moon part is at the beginning can you imagine if something if actually wrong.

Grace, the woman who works at the front desk, is INCREDIBLY rude. I was in shock as were the service members ahead of me. She continuously cut them off and at one point began laughing at the husband for not understanding something. I could tell he was very embarrassed. When she left the room they told me that they had been dealing with her all morning and that they planned to file a complaint on her. I certainly hope they followed through. After she finished with them and they sat down I told her I needed to pick up my signed paperwork for a guest pass and she told me that I needed to sit down and wait because she had a customer which was not true as I was the only other one waiting. When she finally called me up she didn't even give me a chance to speak. She told me "We don't deal with visitor passes. Go to PMO." After dealing with her costant abrasive and rude attitude I took her name down and left. I went to PMO and they told that the housing office does indeed sign the 30 day guest pass. I truly do not understand how this woman is still employed through MCBH.

First off, they called my male spouse misses multiple times.

While moving out they started charging us for every home call we made bc we were "vacating in the near future".

Maintenance calls take multiple hours to multiple days to come and fix.
Our AC was out for 5 days while we waited for them to come at their earliest convenience.
We had a light fill with water, it took 4 hours for a tech to come, and even then he didn't have the necessary tools. An hour later he told us that the attic was flooding bc the dehumidifier isn't draining and that someone would be over to fix that the next day. He took the light and left. That was 2 days ago.
A worker came to replace the window blinds, and he was over an hour late. We called the office and asked if he was still coming, and he conveniently showed up a few minutes after. When he showed up he instantly complained that there were too many and that he'd be back in a while bc it was going to "take a while".
We're waterless at least once a month with little to no warning, which is amazing.
Our microwave stopped working, and that was another 5 days to get a new one.
Black mold and golf balls hitting our house and our dogs.
No pesticide plan in place, so it's up to you and your neighbors to put that into place. Houses are stacked close so if one gets infested they have to tent the whole section.

Overall, I'm glad I had a roof over my head, but I should've listened to my leadership and stayed as far from base housing- especially this one- as I could. 0/5 stars if I could.
