I wish that I could do a ten star review of Barrie's. They are remarkable in the customer service arena. The season ski rental program is remarkable, especially for youngsters and new skiers. They are great promoters of winter sports and I appreciate their dedication to customer service. I had a difficult situation that needed resolution with some rented skis and Amber and Johnathan were outstanding in helping me reach a solution. Much appreciated.

Went to Barrie’s in search of a jacket and wow Amber was awesome! She helped me find the perfect one and made the whole process so so easy. She listened to what I needed, gave great advice, and seriously knew her stuff. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. If you’re shopping for gear, Amber’s the one to go to!

We just returned from our second free ski night at Pebble, and our whole family had a wonderful time. This is a fantastic opportunity, especially for beginners and families looking to try a winter sport without a significant investment. We received complimentary lift tickets and rentals (three snowboards and three pairs of skis). Barrie's employees not only ensured we were fitted with the appropriate gear but also provided us with the opportunity to take lessons before heading down the slopes. Thank you so much for putting on these events!"

Went in today and met this nice young man named Berrie. Super helpful, Super kind! The rest of the staff was also great! They/he took great care of us, and saw to it we left with the right equipment, at a great price. I will go to Berries before any other sports shop. I Highly recommend Berrie's to friends, family and strangers alike.

I bought new skis, boots, bindings, poles, socks, goggles from Robi on my first visit and bibs, jacket, helmet, mittens on my second trip. These young salespeople were knowledgeable, patient and super helpful. Great sale prices helped me save money on both trips.

Amazing service, kind and ready to help. Had an amazing free ski night. They have good rentals and are there to help. Such an amazing thing to do to include people and have fun. Would definitely recommend going and supporting them next time.

Absolutely love the people there! I’ve always experienced the most awesome service and help when looking for products, plus the staff is super friendly. Shout out to Miles, Jacob, and Hailey for the amazing work they do for my gear that I bring in, they always do their best work!
