This rating is not against the drivers or guys that visited our office. This is aimed at the service manager department.

I am absolutely frustrated with this company’s practices. We signed an agreement with them back in 2017, and we recently found out that they are holding us to an automatic renewal because we apparently didn't notify them in 2023 that we wouldn't be continuing. There was zero communication from them about the renewal, and now they’re saying we can't cancel today unless we buy out the remaining contract.

This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of transparency. There’s no grace or solutions offered, just a rigid policy that’s entirely one-sided. A simple courtesy notice about upcoming renewals would have gone a long way in preventing this issue, but instead, we're stuck in a contract with no clear way out.

I would highly advise looking elsewhere for a company that values customer service and transparency. This experience has been nothing short of a headache. I guess this is the level of care you get after 8 years of being their customer.

The only positive to this company is that the drivers have always been professional and friendly. Customer service through our rep has been awful. Robert never offered any resolution to any of our issues in all the years we have been a customer. They can't account for the items we do and don't have but yet hold us accountable for their mistakes on their billing. We ordered product and received it but yet was billed for much more than what we received. NONE of our items were uniform in the way of how they looked. Items were often received with stains and damaged from them to us to the point that we quit using their laundering service, that we paid for. This way we actually had items to wear since their turn around time with a complaint and returning an item that was correct was so slow. Do yourself a favor and use another uniform service. This one will just give you a headache and leave you with a bill for nothing.

This place found the connection between excellent customer service and a great product. I am a VERY minor consumer, but felt like I was a $200,000 a year account. If my life ever drifts towards needing anything else from these folks, I will make an excuse and do it! I fully recommend them for your product and service needs.

Drivers, great, management and sales reps are terrible. They never get back to you or respond to your request or concerns. Can't wait for contract to end. BUSS AUTOMOTIVE.

Brad is our delivery Driver over @ Roofing Supply Group and does amazong work and we are glad that he is our guy never an issue if we have any questions he always has answers... Also very good when we have customers in the showroom I couldnt imagine a driver doing anything more then he does for our branch.

Ken Does a great job With supplying quality uniforms and service to my shop without any kind of hiccups. Always service and look good in my uniforms. Keeps my Boss happy. Goes the extra mile when a shirt or pants look bad they are immediately replaced with new ones. Great Job!!!!!

We were busy so it seemed like a good idea to start service with UniFirst but they brought product when we didn't need it...and sent the contract for towels and toilet paper 2 months after we had them in our office and had written on the contract that it was a 36 month agreement, CPI for price increases. THEN after a year of discontinued services sent a bill for $124.05 with no description so I called to see what it was for "Lost Product" So when I asked them to discontinue service and pick up the dispensers a year ago I guess they became LOST but they were able to generated a bill to the address the dispensers are located- WOW! BEWARE!
