UPDATE: Long story short, do not buy ANY items from this website. After 3 months of communication attempts with Sego via phone, email, and online messaging portal we visited the shop in person during business hours. We received a pair of skis and bindings. Skis were different sizes than the original order. Bindings were not mounted to skis as this was included in the charge. Do not recommend this company to anyone as this experience is unacceptable. This website needs to be shut down as no online orders will likely be filled.

We ordered Big Horn Skis and bindings and were given a 5 week estimate to early November 2022, expected to pick them up mid December, here we are in February with no skis and plenty of powder to shred. The frustrating point is there has been no communication from Sego about why there is such an unreasonable delay and when we can expect to receive the gear despite ongoing attempts by phone, private messaging system on segos website and email to get an update. The shop application connected to their site says "order placed" with no timeline estimate.

Disappointed-
I ordered a pair of Sego Condors early last month (December 2022). I received order confirmation quickly and was charged, but never received updates on shipment. After about a week I called and emailed the company, but didn’t hear back. I tried calling weekly, and after a month decided to send a message via the contact form on the Sego website. I was responded to promptly and was told that someone would check on the shipment. That email was sent almost two weeks ago- and I haven’t heard anything despite following up twice.

Purchased a pair of lupines fall 2021 and have now skied them two seasons. They were initially very responsive and as they didn't have the discounted skis I had ordered upgraded to a newer model at the same cost. After the first few runs the top sheet started peeling off. I've emailed them multiple times asking them for recommendations to avoid further damage without any response. They're fun skis and while it's primarily cosmetic, I'm disappointed to have bought them new and see so much wear in so little use and even more so about the lack of communication from Sego.

I ordered a pair of Sego Comps in November 2022. I received order confirmation and my credit card has been charged. I still have not received any updates on my order. I have sent numerous emails, and left multiple voicemails. I have also sent multiple messages through the contact form on the Sego website. I have received zero responses from anyone about my order. Extremely disappointed

I placed an order for Big Horn skis and binding in November 2022 and also have not heard nothing despite many calls and emails. I heard from another source that someone in the supply chain quit due to sickness, but this has not been confirmed by sego. I want to give a good review, but it's tough when you drop bands and all communication is dropped.

Have spent an eternity on the hunt (demoing so many pairs; endless hours reading reviews and tech specs)
for a ski with the right blend of charging/stability and playfulness, that can float, bomb groomers, pivot in bumps, AND has beautiful top- and bottom-sheets.

Absolutely stoked that I found and chose the Big Horn 106!

Will be wearing with pride the Sego Ski Co. cap that came with it, to spread the good word about this company to other Aussies!

Sons ski came apart and we have tried to contact Sego for two weeks, emails, phone calls and even stopped by their Victor store during normal operating hours and left a note on the door, since they were not there. Guessing they are going out of business, so be careful what you buy.

Great experience meeting staff and touring shop after winning custom skis donated by Sego Co. to Boarders for Breast Cancer Fundraiser Auction. Have heard nothing but good about their product and witnessed first hand the fine craftmanship that is applied to each custom built pair of skis. Looking forward to hitting the slopes.
