Just got fitted for a pair of work boots. First experience with redwing, and I loved it. The worker (I can’t remember his name, but he was awesome. Had some really cool tattoos too, which was nice to see) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Someone get that man a raise! Their sizing and fitting technology was cool to see as well, and I was fitted and sized in minutes. Had to order mine, but tbh I would’ve been surprised if I hadn’t. Overall, great experience!! Loved the store and the atmosphere! Will post an updated review when my boots come in, but I have incredibly high hopes!!!

Caleb was amazing! He asked the questions he needed to get my feet in the right boot, but kept it short and sweet. Was very helplful and understanding even when I didn’t like 2 different pairs of boots, he still gave no scuff! Would defiently make the 2.5 hour drive agian for some more boots!! Not sure the other ladies name, but over heard her helping customers and I can say the same for her! They are definitely 2 great employees there to serve the customers the best they can.
