Hola compré unos botas el mes pasado modelo irís en red wings Geneva al día de hoy las botas están rotas y filtran agua son de muy mala calidad no las recomiendo por el precio que uno paga por ellas

Tiene un gran aparcamiento y también para personas con discapacidad
Un excelente servicio, el personal te atienden muy bien
La tienda muy completa tienen una gran variedad de zapatos, botas , cinturón.
Y tienen de muchos precios y tienen artículos de buena calidad y precios muy accesibles.
La recomiendo ampliamente.

The store in Geneva, Il has been a very good store. They have or can get what you need. That are friendly and helpful. They are not the closest store to my home. I spoke with Sean this time and he helped me in less that 5 minutes found my size and shoe style, set up shipping and payment and done. Received my order in less than 24 hours. Wow!! Very happy. Hats off to the Geneva store.

We returned a pair of boots and now have to wait 3-5 business days before we can get our refund! They sure didn't wait 3-5 days for payment! They force us to use a credit card because they don't accept cash. Seems like a setup to me. You better believe they assured us we could get a refund before we bought the boots, part of their spiel. The part they failed to mention is the inconvenient 3-5 days they impose on you to wait but never verbalize nor put it in writing. Corporate reached out to me immediately and made sure we got our refund! 😊 Thank you

Kyle and his team are great! Very courteous and professional every time I have been there. Ending up buying 2 pairs of boots due to the help and assistance I received at this location. Another customer who was a location getting his boots treated said he will always come back to Geneva due to the care they gave. Thank you.

I want to highlight the excellent service from the Geneva Red Wing Store. I stopped by the store to see if it would be possible to add speed hooks to a pair of 877 boots.

The team was professional. Not only could they add the speed hooks, but they offered to add them while I waited. It was a great overall experience. I highly recommend visiting the store. The team working there is friendly knowledgeable, and they care about providing excellent service.
