I have watched Fleet Feet of Bloomington, grow over the years. Every single visit has been amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable in answering my questions. The store is well stocked and if I am looking for a particular item that isn't in stock, they offer to place an order to shipped to the store for me. My experience at Fleet Feet was great! I was greeted and Alex was quick to get my feet scanned and had shoes out for me to try on. He explained my results and why certain shoes would be better. I tried on multiple pairs and am very happy with the pair I ended up with. I'm not a runner but the entire process was great and made me feel very comfortable.

Went to Fleet Feet to look for slides with support for my 93 year old mom who had some issues with a toe and couldn’t comfortably wear a shoe. Her podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet for assistance in finding the right footwear . They were so helpful and had exactly what we needed. I’m not a runner, but found great walking gear.

Feet Fleet personnel in Bloomington, IL were very helpful to me with selecting the best shoes last year and then with selecting insoles this January 2025. I really rely on my feet to get me where I need to be to do the work I need to do. The Feet Fleet sales men and women are very knowledgeable about feet issues and work quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner to find what products each customer needs. Shopped at Fleet Feet in Bloomington for the first time last week. Great shopping experience! Dan was my sales associate and very knowledgeable explaining everything in detail from my foot scan to the sale of the shoes. This is an excellent store with excellent and knowledgeable staff. I only recently discovered this store a few months ago. Julie helped me both times and is such a great listener and was so helpful in offering various shoes that would support my feet. It was so nice to have some options. Highly recommend this store!

I was just at the store to purchase some new running socks on this visit. The customer rep made sure I had what I needed and got me checked out in a timely manner. The store was fairly busy, but she took care of me quickly!!
