The doctor and optometrist tech were both nice, but man are the people here rude and disorganized!! I never got a call that the doctor I booked with called in sick. When the front desk lady said they called and left a voicemail, I showed her my phone so she could see that I never received it. She proceeded to double down, and they had my phone number on file so it was evident they never called. We had to wait for the doctor an hour after the appointment time. The person who helped me with my glasses had a very bad attitude with me and my father. She blamed us for her mistake of not giving me a photocopy of my prescription which we asked for several times. Thanks for the $50 discount on my glasses but as someone who works two jobs in customer service/helping professions, I would be fired for speaking the way she spoke to me. Never coming here again. The doctor and technician who did my prescreening and eye exam were the only competent and polite people in that whole building.

It was a very pleasant visit with Dr Qadri, who explained what is going on with my eyes. It did not feel like she was in a hurry, was patient, kind, friendly. Ashley, I think, was her name was also very helpful in helping me choose my eyeglass frames. There was another young lady who did the preliminary tests, she was very professional and patient. Thank you.

The optometrist Dr Selma Hannoun was very knowledgeable and professional . Above all she is a kind human-being She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Every body was professional . I am in the health industry myself and I can understand when people are evasive and she was not evading my questions .
