The best staff ever!!! Wow just so amazed at how well they treat their customers . Some of the kindest staff I’ve encountered . I came to this store to do a simple return on an online purchase . The staff took care of me immediately and even suggested they can do a price adjustment!! I was so happy with this tip that I didn’t return my new jacket . I got an immediate refund for the price difference . After this, I asked her about a broken zipper on my really worn Patagonia jacket that I was wearing. The young woman didn’t skip a beat and said she can fix it right away . And she did !! My old jacket is almost 10 years old and she put in a zipper within a few minutes and for free.
I love how the company is not materialistic nor greedy. They make really good quality items and there were people coming in to trade in their used items . There is also a section to buy used jackets . Patagonia is a Great ambassador for our planet ! I can see the staff carry this conviction as well.

I love how big this store is, how well thought-out the layout and design is, and how friendly the staff is! They have a huge selection for kids, women, and men and if they don't have anything in-store, they are happy to order it for you online.

Is Patagonia pricey? Yes. You're paying for high quality merchandise that is going to last you years if you take care of it. I also love that they offer free-repairs and trade-in value for old coats.

The staff here was phenomenal. We came with my mom to buy coats for ourselves and the kids and I am pretty sure the staff spent the better part of 2.5 hours with us trying on different coats, talking through the different styles, etc. It took a while, but it was well worth the time spent and I am beyond thankful to the amazing team here for walking us through it all. It can be overwhelming with the choices and they helped us narrow it down to our exact needs.

We have been very happy with our purchases especially with all the snow and the arctic temps we've had recently!

Friendly and incredibly helpful. Repair is an awesome customer experience. My backpack has had its zipper loops fallen off for a while, got that replaced at no charge. I had an issue with a pair of pants, they deemed irrepairable and replaced it. For the longest time my impression of Patagonia was just another fad brand, but this experience definitely makes me see them in an elevated positive light.

First visit to a Patagonia store and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Abby in worn wear seemed very nice and had a great selection in popular sizes. I live over a hour away and it was worth the trip. Even picked up some stickers/post cards and a patch that Eric left for me to pick up. Can't wait to visit again!

First of all, WOW! Not only does this part of the store have an eclectic selection, but I'm 💯 here for the prices and upcycling these clothes.

PLUS, repairs and warranty handling is spectacular. I brought in a jacket because my zipper was broken and boom! Replaced and they'll repair to sell it again.

EXCELLENT service, personal attention, outstanding Patagonia quality, and really great values.

Dropping in to leave a positive review about the amazing staff at the Worn Wear section of this Patagonia store. I've visited half a dozen times since December last year for various reasons and it's exceptional customer service every time.

On one particular occasion, I was getting help with a Repair Request and a staff member kindly gave me a little sheet of that fabric/sticker you use to stop your puffy coats from ripping any further. They really didn't have to do that but I sincerely appreciated it. I know this is 6 months late, but I still wanted to drop a shout-out as I'm sweating my face off in this humidity. Cheers to the staff at Worn Wear!

One of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. The gentleman who helped me and my wife this afternoon was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about Patagonia’s products. He even continued the discount I had taken from my online shopping.

The store itself was clean, beautifully laid out, well-stocked, and had a compelling reason to visit in person (one of a kind restored Patagonia goods at a discount).

It was also nice urban retail experience with easy parking and no ridiculous security practices.

They have events there too? This store is cool especially in a time of terrible retail experiences.
