I bought an adorable pair of grey hard leather and brushed suede lace up and side zip boots that are comfortable, highly stylish, have a great arch support and have lasted me seven years and counting, that I wear almost daily. I have a lot of problems with my feet and I am very hard on shoes so this is saying a lot! I have purchased other items there as well. The sales staff are wonderful to work with and are not high-pressure sales people at all!

As other reviewers have reported - I experienced rude and embarrassing customer service. **UPDATE- the store reached out to me to apologize with a heartfelt letter. I am very grateful and really happy because they carry a great selection of shoes and I value the store. Thank you for making this right, Miroballi.

This is my go-to place for shoes. Judy is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought these brown boots and returned a week later to buy them in black. Even though my size wasn't available at the Wheaton location, Judy contacted their other store with success. The selection does not disappoint. The sales staff is exceptional!

This review is false. I never bought a pair of shoes. Once again, i was made to write this review by the former GM. They should consider themselves lucky that they got rid of him.
Had an great experience here! The staff is excellent and very helpful. They helped me find the perfect pair of shoes, they fit me perfectly! I will definitely be coming back.

My family and I had a terrible experience with Judy. I would never go back to a store where they allow people like Judy to yell at a 2yr old for trying on shoes. It was so out of line for her to scold
my child when I was standing right next to her. I also can’t help but wonder if my family was white if our experience would have been different. I’m sure store management will tell you different because admitting to racism, especially involving children, is never easy and much better swept under the rug.

This place is amazing, carrying higher brands of stylish and sporting shoes that are less typically found in American clothing stores. …Think higher quality and longer lasting. The African America fellow Artese who works there is the best guy shoe salesman I have EVER encountered. Loved my experience with him. Authentically personal and helpful to the nines.

If you aren’t into paying a little more for better quality, reconsider, and give this place a try, AND you might also find a deal on something for seasonal clearance.

I have some arch/plantar facitous that the Ecco brand shoes I bought are addressing very well. I feel more stable and upright in them. I’ll be saving up for another pair.

(Lastly, some free encouragement Artese kindly gave me has affected a close relationship for the better. That’s well beyond just a pair of quality shoes. Thank you, for real.)

I loved the shoes I bought before with an elderly lady excellent customer service and was excited to buy a few pairs for my family. But when I went today it was a complete change. I was not greeted upon entering even though I greeted them as I entered. All employees ran to the back and I was just stared down by a lady in black dress as she left to the back. When finally someone came to help it went down hill from there. She was stubborn with us and repeatedly said she will not sale us the requested shoes. I know my feet and I know if the shoes I pick are comfortable or not. I do not appreciate anyone shoving their opinion or denying us service. Left completely enrage by the way me and my family were treated.

Went there in the town of Wheaton where I've lived for 21 years. Never been but thought I could get some customer service for my wife for whom I am now caregiver. It was the right thing to do. We got some new walking shoes and a couple pairs of socks and wore them right out of the store. The young gentleman who took care of us was very upbeat and quite helpful made the whole thing very easy. I recommend them.
