I interacted with three different staff for my ski purchase. My first interaction was a phone call to the shop to confirm they had the skis I wanted. The person on the phone was very pleasant, the person who helped me with my bindings purchase was very informative, and the person who mounted my bindings was very accommodating considering the amount of customers they had in the store. The staff were amazing, they had what I was looking for, and their service was prompt! It was a pleasure doing business here.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it after I’ve had 3 great experiences over the past two ski seasons. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they have great prices. What I appreciate most is that if you buy ski bindings from them, they will install them for free. A lot of shops in the valley try to tack on another $50 to install purchased bindings which has never felt right, but Utah Ski Gear gets it and in turn has gotten my repeat business.

The best place I have ever been to buy ski gear. I snowboard a lot but first time ski. They were super busy but I still felt I got covered. Matthew was upstairs for rent shop but when I need help he still coming downstairs to explain and get my ski gear ready. I had my ski, binding , boots and pole all together here. And I got snack from another staff! Super nice place and knowledgeable staffs in a small fantastic ski shop. Definitely recommend ! No matter buying , renting or maintaining gear, the best best place!

This place is so great! Everyone is we extremely nice and flexible with our circumstances. We had a great time with some good quality skis! Plus the price was super duper low compared to all of the other places. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Love this place!!! Because of them I can afford to take my family skiing. They are always super helpful with fittings and making sure we have everything we need. Good deals too. Got my kids used ski jackets at a great price.

I absolutely love this place. I've rented gear and bought gear and I've always left happy.

We bought a board and boots for my daughter. We took it to Nordic, and it worked great. Even the cat loved the board after inspecting it. See the pic with the cat looking at the board. My daughter made a lot of progress on her first day on the board.

We rented skiis for my boy. The gear all fit, and worked well. He is so excited to try skiing again. I'll definitely rent here again.

They are also great at customer service. From being busy to being slow, they let you know they are here to help you out. And their recommendations are spot on. I am happy this place is nearby. The prices are really low. I love it.

Friendly and fabulous atmosphere. Staff is not interested in upselling but helping one get into the best gear and product that will best suit the skier. It is a quaint old place full of possibilities and surprises. We purchased skies a few weeks ago but ended up being too long. So today we switched them out today without any problem. Actually they had the perfect switch out! Also when other products didn’t work they were willing to refund. I recommend this place to any and everyone at any skill and knowledge
