I'm not a runner, but I needed good help with a proper fit for an athletic shoe. Carly was fantastic. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, very low pressure. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a shoe that fit well, felt good, and suits my needs.

Visited Runners Forum Fishers to get some new shoes after experiencing some significant pain with plantar fasciitis and heel spur. Anna greeted us promptly when we walked in and she was very helpful with getting a measurement and identifying shoes that would be best for my feet and issue. She was very kind and friendly. I was impressed by her knowledge of the brands. While they didn't have the shoes I ultimately selected in stock (K needed it in a wide fit), she checked online and called a couple of other locations to try to find them. Unfortunately, I was preparing to leave the country on a trip and they could not get the shoes to me in time so I had to go to a competitor;s store, but that was no fault of hers. I will definitely keep this store in mind when I am looking for new shoes or to recommend to friends.

I have been having difficulty with plantar fasciitis and the shoes that the employee recommended really helped. I was pleased and impressed with the thoroughness that the employee exhibited when evaluating my gait and stride to determine the best shoes, inserts, and socks.

My sister and I just had a wonderful experience with Amy at the Fishers/Noblesville location. We aren’t sure if we are in Fishers or Noblesville bc I’m pretty sure my sister doesn’t know how to work GPS. Anyway, I have terrible Monkey feet- 3 ankles, EHL tendon repair, screws in my foot….she took a lot of time with us and found me what I needed! Thanks Amy!!! I’ll be back…we’ll I’ll be once I get the time to fly back up here from Georgia!!!

The employees there did a gait analysis and recommended shoes that didn't fit and compensated with insoles that were way too high of an arch. They told me i have very high arches when i clearly have medium-low. I went to fleet feet instead and they gave me a perfect recommendation. I would not trust the runners forum again.
