Me acabo de mudar a Westfield y me llevo la sorpresa de mi vida... el recibo del agua me llegó por $3.924 y según ellos con un consumo de 249.900 galones de agua en una casa de 5 personas... mi medidor registra galones de agua y ellos mágicamente los convierten a 100 Galones (HGallons)... llamo al servicio al cliente y no me dan una solución, se hizo una revisión y efectivamente no tenemos fugas... pésimo el servicio al cliente y solo se limitan a cobrar lo que ellos dicen

This company is operating a monopoly in central Indianapolis, and are taking advantage of it. If you are poor, don't be! I was struggling financially and they charged me 600% of my past due balance just to reconnect service, because "they can". I fell behind on my bill and I paid $70 of the $110 I owed and they still said I had to pay the remainder balance($40), plus a $140+ reconnection fee, and a some other $45 random fee. I asked them if they had recommended I use a different company and they told me they were the only ones authorized to facilitate these services in the area. MONOPOLY! Terrible company. Taking advantage of people with disgusting customer service. I hope karma bites this business in the rear, some how one way or another. They deserve to go out of business IMMEDIATELY!

By far the worst utility company I have ever had to deal with and that's sad because all utility companies are awful!! They will put you in disconnect in a matter of days of being late and someone will be there to shut your stuff off 2 days later so if it's due the 8th they'll be there the 10th but they're kind enough to knock and tell you before but you can't pay it really fast so why knock idk? I think they enjoy you watching them disconnect your service. Plus you have to pay that technician $40 to turn it back on so there's that too. Because of this in the 3 years I've had citizens gas and water both unfortunately (double monopoly) I've had to pay my initial deposit $300 to start service plus 3 reconnect deposits of $30 none have ever been credited to my account so I guess it's gifted to them.I believe that's part of the class action lawsuit against the electric company here in Indiana awhile ago.... It's sad that I love the electric company compared to citizens. Uncaring, horrible company only about the money including the employees so they must get something from these "extra" deposits and fees

About 2 years ago my bill was outrageous (1000) in a month. I would call and they would say faulty reading and would go back to a reasonable price. Then, the next bill same thing would happen. Eventually a woman high up there called and told me there must be a leak underground and recommended i call a plumber. I did and they checked for gas leaks and fixed gas leaks charging me $3000. They have half back because I asked them to check for water. After all that, the woman finally says it was a bad meter that was causing my bill to be high. She told me that wasn't the problem multiple times. This month I have a bill for $900 and the customer service is even worse. Zero help and when they transfer me to a supervisor, I was on hold for 45min and they just hung up the phone. Never answered it. There is no consequences for them so they don't care about any quality of service. I'm so so pissed!!!! Ryan Schmalz

Worst company ever. They force you to pay $150 upfront even with good credit, then force you to make an appointment on THEIR time, not yours. No weekends so they expect you to do this while you're working day shift and take off work

If I could do zero stars I would. Try to charge me a $200 set-up fee when I first started with them. Had to share previous payments from a different county. Never have been required to pay a set up fee. JAN. they stop autopayments and tell NO ONE. I have a $300 outstanding balance. They tell me i have to enroll in a payment program for a change THEY MADE. Fast forward, Scheduled to cancel service Sept 30. Turned off auto pay, called in ADVANCE to see if I could pay the final charge at later date because I just paid them $200+ for September and they were charging me another $100. Was charged ANYWAY, put my account in the negative. Was also charged TWICE. Was supposed to get a credit. I no longer live at the last residence. They are still trying to charge me a $30 fee. The worst, absolute WORST energy company. What ever changes they made are not doing a damn for the customer.
