Poorest of the poor customer service. At least have the decency to have a way for customers to reach a live person. I ordered 2 pair of binoculars. Great price by the way. According to them some technical inventory software glitch, they only had 1 pair. It was NEVER stated during the order process that the shipping method would be USPS. I assumed it would be FedEx or UPS. The shipping address I gave them was for either of these. Finding out it ships VIA USPS so it will NEVER get here ,Thank you very much. One would think if an order can't be fully completed that they would reach out and see if the customer would like to proceed with a partial order. Pretty simple in my mind. I guess that concept is a bit too difficult for them to comprehend. Won't use these guys for anything in the future regardless of price. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from the OMC Gear website. The sandles arrived in the narrow fit, I ordered the regular fit. Brought it to customer service attention right away. It took 3 weeks to get an RMA. I verified via USPS the sandles reached the address provided on the return label. Going on 5 weeks now and still don't have my refund. At this point I'll let my credit-card company deal with it. Should have known better. I would avoid shopping with this business, they appear to have internal issues.

I've ordered a Kuhl sweater for Christmas as a only gift for my husband. After SIX days they informed me that they don't have it. While I understand that it may happen, it shouldn't take six days, especially before Christmas. Took them another 2 days to cancel the order. Add 3 days for refund and basically my Christmas gift was ruined...

BUYER BEWARE. The most recent reviews are 100% correct. OMC’s Instagram and Facebook haven’t been updated in YEARS, and they’re running the same bait-and-switch tactics as the last two reviewers described. It took a charge-back from my credit card company to put an end to their shenanigans. Item suddenly not in stock, spotty communication, dubious dealings. STAY AWAY.

I am blown away by the Price & quality of service of OMCgear. 10/10 Customer service here is absolutely phenomenal! I mistakenly typed in my address wrong when ordering a pair of climbing shoes and immediately after letting them know the package hadn’t shown up, they sent me a new pair for free which arrived only three days later. They were so quick to get back to me and very kind and patient over the phone. The shoes were in perfect condition and climb great, will definitely be ordering from them again!!
