Randy is a master at his craft.

I brought in tired Wolverine 1000-mile boots that he took and made better than even Wolverine could do. The soles he put on are finished to excruciating detail, and he reconditioned the leather to better-than-new. I was not ready for just how good these boots looked and felt when I picked them up.

Randy has definitely earned my business as long as his doors are open. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I drove an hour to see the owner of this shop as simply no one it seems are in the business anymore. He was able to replace the tips on 2 pairs of heels and return them to be just an hour and a half later as I needed one
of them for an upcoming trip. He's kind, knows what he's doing, and say hi to the resident kitty, Jerry.

It was really great to find an old-school cobbler shop. This location is well outfitted and can take care of just about any of your shoe repair needs in my opinion. The customer service was excellent and the manager Was a pleasure to meet. The owner is a pretty good guy too 😊 I had soles put on a pair of Justin work boots that I love. They came back to me looking awesome and in better shape than when I bought them new. I'm very pleased.

A business that as you can imagine is suffering today, however, the owner is so honest that even if he could make money to save his shop, he had rather tell the truth and help you do what's best. If nothing else,places like this just need to be visited to say thank you, it was a very memorable act of integrity speaking with him . I'd say try it, your old flip flop may be sentimental and he will agree with ya, but he won't take your money he'll just point ya the right way and welcome the fella two hours later with honest business that saves his store, see?

My husband has a pair of cowboy boots that are about 25 years old and in rough shape. Sequin shoe repair replaced the bottoms of them, shined up the toe piece, polished and cleaned them up. They look good as brand new now. Wonderful job!!!

I’ve had a hard time with his hours he is only open until noon four days a week. With the amount he charges for his min work he won’t pay to have his customers use credit cards. I always have to go back and have him re do what I’ve asked him to do. I have a club foot and need a lift with a rocker bottom simple right ? He just put a half inch all the way across ? I even gave him instructions from my doctor.
