Worst water department ever! If we could have given no stars we would have, our water bill for our business rivals our electric bill every month, they don't send shut off notices before turning off utilities even for a business..... We are at least suppose to be given a chance but the bill has so many miscellaneous charges on it that u never give them the full total so ur always behind it feels like. We need a new water company and staff i mean just look at the reviews lol they speak for themselves.....

Worst customer service possible. I've never had such an issue with paying a bill I shouldn't have to waste 30 minutes of my life because you're customer service representatives won't take payment over the phone I work more hours than you are open.

Will screw you over and not think twice. Workers in office aren’t there to help you or the community just to help the city of Muskogee’s collect fees and charges. Used to love this place but I’m starting to see why everyone hates it.

My Aunt recently this week had an interaction over the phone with a supervisor at the water department by the name of Carylon. Carylon verified with my Aunt that she was a supervisor. According to my Aunt their conversation regarding my Aunts water bill and a newspaper article that my Aunt had read regarding a rate increase turned terrible. The conversation with Carylon the supervisor she didn't use her active listening skills and provided information to my Aunt that my Aunt didn't ask for or request. She belittled my Aunt a senior citizen who just happens to be a black woman. My Aunt asked to speak to Carylons boss whom she responded back saying her supervisor was supposedly named Tammie. After 48hrs approx 2 days my Aunt didn't receive a phone call or message from Carylons supervisor named Tammie. My Aunt called and talked to an Amber today telling Amber that she never received a call from Carylons boss, and that my Aunt planned to visit the water department to discuss the conversation that she had with Carylon. Amber responded asking my Aunt, if she was coming to assault someone. The audacity for Amber to ask a senior citizen if they're coming to assault a person is ridiculous. My Aunt responded saying are you crazy, I'm not going to jail for anyone. I'm coming to discuss Carylon the supervisors attitude towards me over the phone. My Aunt plans on following up with the City of Muskogee Mayor's Office.

Its time we all should write to the OCC about this utility company. When we had a leak due to frozen pipes years ago, our bill rose and never was never returned to baseline. They said we'd have to have a licensed plumber out and bring them the receipt in order to do so. They never brought it completely back to baseline. Then last yr, in a matter of 3 months my bill went up $50! Never to return. They told us we were running water from midnight until 5 am. Of course we're not and we had a plumber come out to check for leaks. No leaks. He said it's a faulty meter. Water department refuses to replace the meter. And a person would think the people that work there have a very large personal stake in the business as rude as they are.

I've never seen anyone try to flush out drainage blowing water up stream the need to go up stream and flush down literally wasted reasource and didn't fix anyone's lines poor management

For some reason I can't figure out my trash hasn't been picked up in 6 weeks. I'm not going to pay for the garbage service. I've called 3 times and they still haven't. They got my neighbors, which was sitting just 3 feet from mine. I'm starting to think they don't like me...what did I do wrong ?
