Great store with a really diverse selection of quality brands. My husband took me there to go birthday shopping today, but unfortunately we had to leave before really getting into shopping. My husband is currently on a knee scooter from a leg injury and the elevator said it was out of order. I saw an employee take the elevator no problem. So I asked if it was really out of order (because I'd love for my husband to shop with me and for the entire store to be accessible to him). They said it isn't usable because "it breaks down a lot." Not even 5 minutes later the employee that told us that it breaks down a lot got right on the elevator. Not only was it blatantly disrespectful, it is a major accessibility issue. We were told we could take a different route and use a different elevator outside and get someone to unlock a door for us, but it is already uncomfortable enough that we were lied to and then to have someone who currently has mobility issues take an extra route like this would be extremely uncomfortable. I even saw a couple carrying a stroller down the stairs. If my husband had a permanent disability I would be livid. Accessibility is a huge deal and not only is half of this store not accessible, they also lied about it and used the elevator right in front of us. Cute store, but totally turned off by this.

This Mountain High Outfitters location is amazing! It’s 2 stories high and has a great selection of inventory! All your favorite brands like North Face, Patagonia, HH, On, Brumate, Sun Bum etc.

The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. Each time I’ve visited I’ve been greeted upon entering the store and they’re happy to help search for an item you’re looking for even if it means contacting another store.

Throughout the pandemic I’ve been impressed with they’re commitment to supporting healthcare workers like the two different times they donated a free pair of shoes to the healthcare workers.

You can place an online order and pick it up in store. When you go to check out, they accept contactless payments like ApplePay and provide a paper shopping bag. They also extend a courtesy discount of 10% to military and first responders. I highly recommend this store and this location.

Khari was so helpful and kind to us! He helped my mom find the perfect pair of shoes and got us in and out with a quickness as we are on our way out of town. We appreciate his positive attitude and insightfulness on the different styles of On running shoes. Thank you so much Khari!

Rob upstairs was great with keeping my 6 year old busy playing a ring game while being extremely helpful getting us the shoes and answering questions. They didn't have what we needed in store but got it for us quickly. We will definitely be back!

The selection at this store is amazing. But, better than that is the fact that the staff go above and beyond to help you with your selection and in my case they went above and beyond when I made a mistake purchasing a product and they help me find a better selection that I’m 100% happier with. Anne Marie and Logan were amazing and they create an environment where all the staff are happy and excited to help! I’ll be back.

Update!!!
Today I visited this location to purchase shoes. MHO sent me coupons so I decided to give them another try! And I am so glad I did!! Night and Day difference from my previous experience 3 years ago. I was greeted by a sweet young lady with cool hair! Rob was absolutely expectional with his knowledge of how the shoe should fit and how to get maximize comfort. I was so pleased with his patience. He was professional but friendly!

Very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Went in with my kids. Store was not busy at all. And no one offered to helped or acknowledged me. I was extremely frustrated because I went out of my way to shop at that location.

Trust me when I tell you the team of Freida, Patrick, and Liv will take care of you. Not only is there a fantastic selection of the most popular brands that we all love, but the customer service is absolutely the best. The service that is provided is what separates Mountain High Outfitters from other stores that carry similar brands. I was given a gift, a Patagonia jacket that wasn’t the right size. I was willing to walk out the door with the same jacket, right size but a different color. Freida and her team made sure they checked every store/warehouse until they found me a color that I really wanted that fit! I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be back.

I really love this store! The products were great and sales staff were very helpful, especially Lindsey. My whole family was able to find clothing that they liked, and the quality of the brands stocked was great! My husband had a shirt delivered from another store that was available the very next day. I was very impressed with the customer service. I just wish this store was in Florida!
