First off, I hate shoe shopping. I will wear them till they fall apart just to avoid it, even though I am on my feet all day. I have big feet and usually end up shopping in the men's department. I don't really mind that because I'm not much for a lot of the flashy colors. I needed something wide and waterproof. They spent almost an hour with me getting my feet measured, getting me shoes that fit my needs, fitting me with inserts and just generally making sure I would be completely happy with my purchase. It's been a little less than two months and they still feel great. I greatly appreciate all the extra time they spent with me and I fully plan on visiting them for future purchases.

By far the worst experience of ever had in a store. Very unprofessional, to me and the other gentleman that came in after me. Literally treat you like you are going to steal, and very rude manner. I usually give stores second chances but I most certainly will not be back.

I try to shop local every chance I can. I have had success in the past here. This store has completely went downhill. Two weeks prior I called in to order three pairs of FD/EMS pants. Was told to check back the next week on the order. Well, the next week came along and called. No one at the store had a clue what I was talking about. I then was told it might be here in the back with everything else stacked up. The was told they would call back. Three days in a row same story…. Two and a half weeks later, they told me I need to look at a different store very rudely.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Super friendly, and very knowledgable staff. Fantastic selection of shoes and boots. After stopping at 3 other stores, walked away with most comfortable shoes at a fair price and good quality. FANTASTUC experience. Definitely first stop for our shoe needs.

Want someone to call you useless in front of several customers or random extra charges on top of the already high prices the owner of this place will sure help you out. Called my 17 yo little brother useless in front of everyone. The owner of this place is a real piece of work go anywhere else.

Never bought anything from this hateful man, but my son worked for him and he called my 17 yr old son USELESS in front of a customer. Just remember this when you are shopping at this mans store. Treating employees bad is a sorry way to run a business. I just want the owner to come tell me to my face I'm useless, easy to say to a kid, say it to a man!!!
