I bought my grandsons some Jordans then proceeded to buy myself some shoes right after when i was refused because it was closing time. It would've took two minutes to make another sell but instead they we're more interested in going home.

So I went in today to buy my niece a couple pairs of shoes for her birthday, I walked in was not greeted, how ever we started to look around to grab the shoe she wanted and to see if any other shoe caught her eye. She first grabbed the shoe she had in mind and I asked for service from (Wendy) and she never brought me the shoe in fact another customer after myself was also interested in that shoe mind that we asked for the shoe first was taken right away to the second customer, I asked her why and she said she had it sold, I then told her but I asked you for that shoe first, she just walked away no apology, I noticed her consult with her manager (Christy) and she did not seem to care, or even care to come apologize or to take action on resolving/fixing the issue. This I find unacceptable especially from the manager, poor customer service from the employee to the manager. I took my business to finish line where I was greeted and taken care of from walking in to customer service all the way until the end spent over 500$ with them as I was given excellent Customer service. I will not shop at champs again, the management and staff quality is poor feels toxic in the store. Only reason for one star is cause It’s lowest it lets me select.

I bought a pair of Jordan slides as a gift and ended up having to order the slides because there were none available in store in the size I needed. I never received the shoe so I tried to track the shoe, which the website said it was unavailable to track. I called the support line and they told me that the shoe was no longer available and the store should have notified me of the situation. I was never notified by the store. The support hot-line told me the only way to solve this was to refund my money, and then used my email information to BLOCK ME from writing a review of my HORRIBLE experience. I am beyond angered at the situation and the obstacles I have had to jump through for a birthday present I tried to purchase.

Ruined my son's birthday and were not helpful at all with finding a solution. Ordered a shoe that's EXTREMELY rare and was sent the wrong shoe and size. All they did was tell me everything they COULDN'T do. RIDICULOUS!

You don't tell a kid whose excited for his birthday getting new shoes shut up we are closed when it's 3 minutes before closing and all the other stores are open!! The first time we went in guy was on the phone too busy to help us we stood there several minutes.
