Ted with the repair team was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to sorting out our problem with boots! He was super friendly and amazing and definitely deserves a raise

Great mountain bike rental experience! Bike was awesome for Cache Creek - Game Creek loop. However, the last 8 mile ride back from Game Creek along the paved trail hurt. Really wish the E bikes could go on the Mt trails, but I get it.
FYI, they have a great airliner discount for flight crews staying at the hotel. And a 15% off for military.

The observatory at the top of the gondola is disappointing to say the least, just framed pictures of stars and low resolution movies. Booked zip lining trip but weather conditions didn't allow it to happen, which is understandable, safety is #1 priority. However... THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS Staff don't seem to know policy and were unhelpful. Basically got scammed out of 200+ dollars.

The rental place is a solid 15-20 minute walk in ice and snow from the gondola up the mountain and a little slippery while balancing skis and poles since I did not have a car. The gentleman (sorry I don't recall your name!) who took my measurements was very friendly and chatty. Was more than happy to adjust my bindings too. The rental charges is a bit overpriced for a half day though.

After a delayed arrival for my ski boots Ted and Snow King sports was the ONLY place that did a same day mount!!! Ted and Snow King saved the rest of our trip! He had them mounted In less than a half hour from drop off. The Mount job is absolutely amazing and my skis ride great! Can’t thank Snow King Sports enough!

Rented mountain bikes here during a recent family trip to the Tetons. Excellent service, staff knew the area and their stuff, bikes were well maintained, shop was very close to the Cache Creek TH. The staff took the time to make sure we all were comfortable on our bikes, talked us through various trail options, gave us maps, and were legit concerned about my son after a crash (he was fine). The owner later gave us a lock and talked us through bike paths in town. Can't say enough good things about this place. Rent here and you will not be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! Bikes are in great shape, staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They set my friends up with great e-bikes and got them on their way quickly. Even my Dutch friends (who know a little something about bikes) were very impressed with the quality and service. Nice location too--easy to find and easy to get to the bike lanes on Snow King and to the pathways.Overall just a great option for renting bikes in Jackson Hole.
