They were fantastic. We came off the GDMBR in Jackson and needed a bike shop to box and shop our 3 bikes. Had no issues. They were quick and kind. We dropped them off and were out in 20 min. Also, they have an amazing selection of gear and bikes! Big store. (Jackson is lucky to have them!)

Excellent rental and advice. I really enjoyed taking this road bike out to Jenny Lake and Teton Village. The free bus ride back was slow but worth it to explore more.

Such a great establishment, they were on the spot for a quick boot repair, still has a small town feel even though it is a big name supplier for the area. Would highly recommend for your needs, repairs, etc!!!! Shout out to the boot guys for the super fast buckle fix!

ALL STAFF friendly!!! Knowledgeable and explained everything necessary. Rented a couple of regular bikes for the day. Good price!!! Would definitely rent from them again. The store had a lot of great merchandise also. Very clean and open. Couldn’t beat a blue bird day with a bike ride. Thanks guys!

I had a problem with Di2 electronic shifting on my bike as I was about launch for a 3 hour ride. I went into Hoback and asked if they could take a Quick Look. Jonas sprung into action, had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. All of the staff in Hoback were super friendly and glad they could help me. I will be spending my money at Hoback anytime possible!!! Great customer service goes a long way!!

Great bike rental experience—was in and out and on my way in 5 minutes. The team was very helpful in showing me on a map the safest route to the bike path. Returning the bike was seamless as well. Would highly recommend!
