I would like to say thank you for the customer service I received from Blaze was above and beyond!!!! I came in the store with bad foot pain. And Blaze took his time to help me find just the right pair of Hokas!!! I don’t normally purchase shoes this expensive of a shoe, but he was knowledgeable about the benefits of the brand and quality. I was so happy with the fit and comfort, I did purchase them. He also pointed out the discounted shoes and found me another pair of Nike’s that fit me. He also helped my daughter find a pair of Hoka’s. Blaze took his time and was very polite and joked around with us.
Thank you again Blaze Willis you were very kind and polite.
I will return to the store to shop because of Blaze!

I was looking at some Hey Dudes outside the store and Adam walked out to me and answered my question about the shoes. He then invited me in to try them on. I tried on 2 sizes and decided on the pair. As I was getting ready to check out,he demonstrated some water repellent that would be great for keeping my shoes nice. My husband also their display for buying socks and they match pair for pair that get donated to Hope Campus in Ft Smith. (Of course we had to donate to such a great caught that benefits people right here) BLAZE the assistant manager explained that program to us. And SEAN was also helpful with other information with my shoe purchase. I'll always buy at this store! More businesses should and could take a lesson from these 3 gentlemen.

You ask 170 for used shoes? This is insane? I don’t have time for this! I want my Money Back! Never again will I or my Family go in this Store again or any Tradeshoes store again! I’m just sick of this continuing to Happen every time there is not a Shoes in your size in the store we can order it for you! Then ship you return Shoes that’s been used. Thanks but NO Thanks! Done! Last two times I went in this Store I spent over 600! I’m Done! Don’t reply to this review it’s a waste of My Time! I don’t have time for this!

Hands down the BEST shoe store I've visited - ever! AJ was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was only in to buy one pair of shoes for myself, and ended up with two pair for me and two pair for my wife. They have a great selection and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thanks, AJ and Tradehome!

Stopped by "Tradehome" yesterday after leaving another shoe store in the mall. I was shopping for my son and needed help finding his size. No one had greeted us or asked if we needed help at the previous store. As soon as me and my kids walked into Tradehome we were immediately greeted by Evan who was helping another customer at the time. As soon as he finished up with them he quickly started helping us. He helped us find the right size for my son and we got him squared away quickly. I was also looking for some "hey dudes" for my husband. Evan helped us with those as well, and then my daughter started looking and he jumped in to help her find her some really cute pink hey dudes in her size. I wasn't even planning on buying her another pair, but I left with three pairs of shoes and good feeling as I went on with my day. Good customer service is a rarity these days it seems. Evan went above and beyond good customer service. He left me impressed!
