I wouldn’t bother selling here, I do it out of convenience and donate what they don’t take, but it is absurd how the somehow trained buyers can’t recognize vintage Levi’s. On the other hand, I’ve brought in good condition lululemon that they didn’t want just to see target’s house brand athletic stuff on the shelves. I’ve made great money selling stuff to them that I was certain they wouldn’t want and then they give me $5 for a giant load of good stuff and toss the rest. They don’t realize there are people who go there for regular clothes too, not just ridiculous items that only niche people think are fashionable. If you’re willing to independently sell, you’ll make way more money than here

Brought some of my old tees and basketball shoes I don't wear any more and they took a good chunk. Avedney always helps me and really knows her stuff but manager Carlos and his buyer Kennedy helped me this time and they were both so helpful and friendly and got to me quick even though there was a long line ahead of me. Left with a bunch new stuff too gotta love it

Took in some vintage items and buyer was nice but was hesitant and not knowledgeable in vintage items as they pass on each item that I bought. Buyer wasn’t sure on a lot of the items that I had and had to ask another co worker for help. Surprise me that they pass on all the vintage items which I was shook because in the store I didn’t see much of vintage items on both sides. Wasn’t the best experience as the buyers need to be more open to other items rather than the brand. Men clothing is lacking a lot and always see duplicate on items. Was expecting more of a one of a kind item rather then fast fashion.

Rude and did not want to take the professional time to examine everything I had. Vs the location at PHX osborn and 7th st, they take the time are friendly and show and are WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN TEMPE LOCATION

Friendly Staff. I feel fortunate a place like this exists. I wasn't going to use or do anything with the clothes I brought in. Was happy to walk out with some gas money! Thanks for existing BE!

Been coming to this location for over a decade, but in the last year/year and a half, I’ve noticed a huge shift in their inventory. It’s much harder to find a unique, vintage, or one of a kind piece. I’m shocked at how much shein, and fashion nova is on the shelves. It’s also a bummer that they now fill their shelves with boutique, fast fashion items. They have MANY duplicate items, and when we checked out yesterday, the cashier was opening up shipments of clothes and tagging them as if they were traded in. I miss the old buffalo exchange, where I could always find something cool and unique. It seems now that thin crop tops, or jerseys of players that have long since left their teams are majority of their inventory.

My first time and last time I will ever step foot in Buffalo Exchange. I went in to sell a Cuban link gold necklace, two designer shirts, two genuine leather bags, and an all weather hoody (never worn). I waited almost an hour to have someone look at my things because there were three people ahead of me, which is fine except for the rude staff who's demeanor and attitudes were completely TRASH!!! They took their time going through the people ahead of me bags of clothing and I'm watching and listening to them pay out a nice amount of money for just a couple of pieces of clothes that they felt were "in style". So when it's finally my turn, the young lady was very nice and professional but only took 5 minutes to look at my stuff just to tell me that they can't do anything with the leather bags or clothes because they are not in style (lies, because the designer shirts are new from Fashion Nova and they had similar shirts in the store which looked more worn than my shirts) and they did want the cuban link chain but only for $8.00. I felt robbed because i knew that they were ripping me off but I took it because I needed money for bus fair to get back and forth to my job. Never going back there again.
