I went into this shop on a whim and now this will be the only place I buy shoes. I wear women's size 11 and found two pairs of comfortable work shoes. The owner was very nice and helpful and offered options I wouldn't have considered. Each pair was $135, but they are well made and comfortable, which is hard to find in my size.

I was searching for the Birkenstock Gizeh shoe and found it online at the Shoe Mill. I ordered and got my shoes in 3 days. I received communication when it shipped. There was even a personalized thank you note inside. I will definitely shop here again online.

It’s ok. I like that for a small store they’re open Sundays. Men’s section is tiny which is disappointing. For women, the good part is that because they are so small they have to churn inventory so sales are good. Worst part about it is how pushy some of the sales people can be. You said “hi” and I acknowledged you. Now leave me alone until I ask for help. You don’t need to comment on every shoe I stop to look at and suggest others.

Amazing shoe shop with a fantastic curated selection of comfortable, supportive, and stylish shoes. (Birk, Hoka, Cloud, Taos, Naot, Dansko, Mephistos, Olakui, Reiker, Joseph Seibel, and many many more!) The owner made recommendations based on my particular feet problems and helped me try on dozens of shoes till I found the perfect pair. 100% recommend!

I visited The Shoe Mill yesterday. It was a great experience. I was looking for Birkenstock sandals. They had a huge selection. Mindi helped with the size I needed. She was very pleasant, there was no pressure to purchase. She would walk away allowing me to decide which pair I wanted. I really appreciated that!
