Ordered a great pair of boots online at a great price, only for them to cancel my order days after. When I call to inquire they told me they sold my boots in store and the best they could do was offer me 10% off an old model of boot which would be about double what I originally spent… won’t ever shop through here again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this website as well!

This shop is awesome!! I’m looking to buy my first board and wanted advice. Kelvin was the man for the job. He knew all the specs for all the boards and bindings. Taught me about the different types and what it’s best for. If I lived here (live in OR so no sales tax) I would have left with a setup. I will probably get one or two of his recommendations online and have it shipped! His transfer of knowledge is greatly appreciated and I recommend this shop to anyone new or advanced. Thank you!!

Went to buy boots as a first time rider. There was absolutely 0 fitting advice while trying to find the right boot. Just slammed my foot in it and they called it good. I know now that there are a lot of things that need to be fitted and checked when getting a boot. Having spent over $300, I’m really disappointed in the experience. It doesn’t seem like the staff really know what they’re doing beyond just “everyone buys this”. I’m now 7 days in on the boots and it has been an extremely painful experience the whole way.
