Muy amable el personal, nos atendieron muy rápido, nos ayudaron en TODAS las preguntas que teníamos, con paciencia y buena cara. Y flexibilizaron el poder recoger a buena hora el día anterior el equipo, y regresarlo al día siguiente. Y no fueron exigentes con los tiempos. También MUY fácil y rápida la regresada del equipo al día siguiente. Y todo mucho más barato que rentar el equipo arriba en SnowBowl. FELICIDADES.

Don’t have a name exactly, was gonna spend $300 on some fresh boots. They acted like we knew nothing at all and treated us like crap from the beginning. Don’t really know what their problem was, you would think they would want us to spend money here, absolute opposite. Dudes are trips

BUYERS BEWARE I stopped in on my way up to Snowbowl to get my son a new pair of gloves. When we got to the mountain and he put them on he realized there was a hole in the inside lining where the stitching is clearly defective. I stopped on my way home to Phoenix to exchange them and the owner Matt refused because “he would then be stuck with a pair of defective gloves” and told me I needed to go through the manufacturer warranty process to get them replaced. I then asked to return them and he also refused to take them back.

What kind of small business owner is OK selling a customer a pair of $60 defective gloves so they don’t have to deal with sending them back? Although there is no sign posted in the store, clearly all sales are final here and Matt has no issues selling defective products.

Was extremely overpriced, found the same pair of mittens for $26 that were $50 in this store.

On top of that the snow goggles I bought for $75 didn’t fit correctly over my glasses and they refused to let me exchange/return
