WILL BE BACK!!!!!! I went to this place after going to 3 different western stores in Hoover looking for a present for my boyfriend and I’m so glad I did! I was out of my element and stressed! As soon as I walked in the door, I was helped unlike the other places. The guy answered all of my questions and recommended bringing him in to be measured because western wear is so personal. Came back the next day with my man and he knew what sizes he needed in everything and stuck to my price range without trying to over sell me. They had everything you could think and it was very neatly organized!! He even showed us how to care for the leather for the shoes he picked out and what to get next time we came back since I was strapped for cash. Kindest person you’ll ever meet!! Thank for helping me get my man the ultimate gift!!!

Awesome experience , huge selection, I bought the coolest alligator belly boots & cowboy hat got exactly what I wanted at the best deal in town
The staff was extremely helpful & patient with me
b/c I am really picky lol , they know there stuff about the exotic cowboy boots

Absolutely enjoyed our time at Stampede! Most places don’t keep a traditional boot anymore, but they had it in stock. Was shocked and thrilled to see the style I wanted and in my size.

Didn’t even welcome us in, the whole entire time was yelling and cursing in his phone didnt talk to us. Not even to best stuff ether I would prefer any other western store over this. I’ve never been back since I would recommend Don walkers western wear in Alabaster they have a little bit less expensive.

Was in for my first time last night. Bought a belt buckle and was having a tuff time deciding which one to get. The man was so nice and helpful. Not pushing at all let me take lots of time to pick out the one I liked best. I will go back again.

Treat their customers like idiots and use covid as an excuse.
I bought three pairs of $300 boots mainly because they promised $50 off the 4th pair. When I went in for my next set of boots I was told that” I could not use my $50 off but not to worry because it doesn’t expire” what good is the expiration date if they can just tell me that they are “not honoring the voucher at this time”. They have lost my business and please don’t give them yours.

The salesman was awesome! He was very patient and willing to help. However the lack of technology in this store is ridiculous! They had to hand write each item I bought on 4 different papers, and it took over 30 minutes to complete the task, not to add one of the pairs of boots were not entered in correctly and he had to re-ring them back up, and write down all that information. A small computer with a barcode scanner and receipt printer, and they would be fantastic. But I don't see that happening. I won't be back.
