The reason for 3 star is i work in the concrete field delivering concrete. After 6 months of use the side busted out. When I notified the store I bought them from they advised me they were out of warranty.

Best experience at a Red Wing ever. I was welcomed right away and quickly showed me some boots. They didn't have the size in the style I wanted but offered to ship them to me (I don't live nearby). I had an issue with my work supplied voucher, and they hung into it and ended up getting it all going before I had a chance to check on it later in the week. By the time I got home that week I had the new pair of boots waiting for me. How awesome. Thank you so much!

Extremely knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this store if you need work shoes / boots. They will help you find the right size! Their measuring machine thing was way off though lol. I got a 14 standard width in steel toed boots and it called for 11.5 EE. I wear a 13 4E in tennis shoes. Your results may vary.

I want to say first, how good of a sales associate Cliff is I came today to resolve an issue I had for the first time ever with pair of red wings. Cliff was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. However when I came in to pick up my new boots the sale associate Ken was extremely unprofessional and made a point to tell me Cliff was wrong for trying to make me a satisfied customer very disappointed in how I was treated. Makes me think I should deal with Cavenders from now on.

Sarah Bram was an outstanding salesclerk. She was very helpful finding the right shoes, and making sure the fit was good. They did not have my size in this store but the one in Decatur did. The manager there said he would have them sent to Huntsville (only 35 miles) but failed to do so. SARAH, however, drove to that store and brought them back to Huntsville so I would have them before my work trip on Monday. She was so helpful and one of the nicest salespersons I have seen in many years.

I recently wore out my previous pair of work boots and, with knowledge of remembering that I always saw a pair of Redwing boots that my dad had, I figured it might be a good idea to invest into a pair of work boots that could last several years.

Mr. Cliff and Draiden were both present today to help me figure out what size of boot I needed and narrow down the style of boot I should consider buying down to something that could be restitched with new soles (for when I wear them out). Draiden also took the time to explain some of the intricacies that come with wearing/using leather boots so I knew what to look for in a boot and how I should be concerned about with how well one fits. While they didn't have the exact boot I needed, they were able to call a store in Decatur and determine they had the boot I needed.

I stopped by here yesterday after after hearing so much hype about Redwings & honestly the customer service along with the foot scan and everything was great. Got some of the 2440's for work and they're extremely comfortable and not even broken in yet. I will most likely be back for a soft toe pair soon.
I can see why so many people prefer Redwings to any other brand.
