Great place to get shoes! Since most places don't carry my size or charge a premium, I decided to go here since Red Wing has a good reputation for their boots and shoes. I wasn't disappointed!

Bruno helped me get my size figured out (which is good because I had my size partially wrong before), and then we figured out what would work best for my work and personal taste. He was really friendly and helpful, and we got everything figured out fairly quickly.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in, eventhough it was busy. I told the salesman the shoe I normally purchase and asked if there was a new model he would recommend. Without hesitation he showed me the Tru Guard lite. Ran to the back to grab me my size and that was it. Great shoe recommendation!

Very respectful, friendly staff. Came here at the end of the day to get my boots oiled, even though it was the end of the day and the representative had other work to do. He still made time to clean and oil my boots to get me back to work. Coming from out of state, this is the first redwing store I had been to. Highly recommend this store. Thank you. I highly appreciate the help.

Matt Enstrom provided excellent customer service and helped me find the perfect pair of new work boots. After my feet were analyzed, he worked with me to try on several pairs and was able to order exactly what I needed in the proper size/width. The boots arrived sooner than expected and I wore them out of the store then for the rest of the day! I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase - thank you!

The shopping experience was great and Matt was very helpful. I tried on two different sizes in the Iron Ranger boot and even bought a different pair of boots for work including insoles. When Matt was putting the Iron Ranger boots back in the box I asked him to make sure he had the right size in the box and he said it was correct.
I live in Stockton and told him we drove there for this specific boot because no other store nearby carried them. These boots were a Christmas gift imagine how awful it was to open my boot box on Christmas morning to find that I had 2 right boots in my box.
Now I have to take an extra day to drive over 1 and a half hours back through Bay Area traffic spend more money on gas and waisted time to get the correct boots.
