Top Notch running store. Great selection of all things running…shoes, clothing, additional gear and gels, electrolytes mixes, etc. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Enjoyable and well-organized group runs on Tuesday and Thursday nights. ‍♂️?‍♀️

A little disappointed this time around. Came in and waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, and then a lady walks in and blurts out her bed to see two shoes in her size. The rep then proceeds to help that lady before even looking in my direction. Not the great service they used to have here. I've been coming here exclusively for my shoes for 4 years now. I doubt I'll have the same loyalty at this point.

Great range of running shoes… I broke my walking shoe when I landed in San Francisco… looked up and went to the store based on the ratings

Was attended by Natalie, she was very patient, knowledgeable and understood what I need.

Gave me appropriate opinions, and finally I ended up buying the ASICS Nimbus 25.

The insoles she gave me were perfect for arch support and enhanced my stride stability and comfort.

Overall, great place if you are looking for walking or running shoes.

Great selection of running shoes and amazing customer service from Andy! She did a quick analysis on my feet by:
1) Measuring my feet size
2) Having me stand on a heat pad to see if I have flat feet or not (i.e. where the arch ends)
3) Recording my running style to see how I land (pronation vs. neutral vs. supination)

She also helped recommend 7 different pairs of shoes (Brooks, Hokas, On, Nike, Asics, etc.) over the course of 30 minutes. Walked out with a pair of On Cloudmonsters which I'm very happy with ?.
