Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about each boot! He walked us through all the details of the different styles, measured our feet with the scanner, and let us try on so many pairs until we found the perfect fit. He was so patient throughout the process. Thank you, Jason!

Great customer service. Dropped by the other day when I decided to get my 10-year old Beckmans some Iron Ranger friends. Mark was alone to man the fort and there was me and maybe 5 other customers in the store plus some callers but he made it a point to help everyone. Will definitely make it a point to drop by again if I’m in need of another pair.

If you're looking for work shoes, come here. They have some of the best customer support I have ever had the chance to experience, and I worked in the retail industry for over a decade. They take accurate measurements of your feet and can appropriately size you and recommend insoles if needed. They were also able to accommodate a need to change sizes when the first pair gave me blisters. They offer resoling here as well, and I will be back when I need one! 10/10 experience.

Went in there today and was helped by Jason and a really awesome young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me. They helped me find the perfect shoe for my job and lifestyle. I ended up going with the women’s heritage moc toe in black, and they fit so great and were so comfortable that I wore them right out of the store. Not only did they take the time to help me find the perfect fit, they also demonstrated proper shoe care to make sure my new kicks last a long time. Great service and a solid, comfortable well made product.

I came to Red Wing to redeem a voucher my company gave. They were very friendly when assisting me in getting my work boots. They helped me find the right fit and even helped me find comfortable soles for the boots. I will surely be coming back when I need work shoes.
