Had the best experience here! Regan was such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about all the shoes. She was able to recommend a few styles based on my foot analysis and what I was looking for. I walked out of there with new shoes AND socks! Im loving them!

I actually recommend this Fleet Feet location to everyone I know in the area! Fernando and the rest of the team provide top notch customer service from the time you walk through the door to the time you walk out. I consistently come back to see him and the team considering they provide a thorough and tailored approach through their assessment and subsequent recommendations. I rarely leave reviews but quite frankly this location deserves it....they crush it every time!

Quite an experience! Never knew buying footwear really should have so many considerations. They handled it all very well!

Next up is to take my wife to get this once-in-a-lifetime exam and fitting. Definitely a fan from here on!!!

I stopped into this Fleet Feet because of convenience. I simply was trying to return a defective product and get feedback on the running shoe I had purchased. However, only two people were working and after waiting for 40 minutes, I asked for a time update on when I should be helped, I got a very condescending answer from the sales rep, Fernando, and I had to ask a couple of times on when I could expect to be helped.

Meanwhile, they are schmoozing and talking up every customer that has been coming through. It seems to me that their sales are more important than actually helping athletes.

My son is starting freshman cross country and we came in over the weekend to get his first pair of running shoes. I know nothing about running shoes and was completely oblivious, but Abby took great care of us!

After measuring my son's feet, she let us know off the bat they wouldn't have his size in stock and they would have to order them in. With that in mind, she thoughtfully pulled some options for his consideration. Surprisingly, he ended up fitting in the styles she pulled and we were able to bring some shoes home. Abby was so sweet and made the process very comfortable and easy. Will definitely be back!

Fernando was really awesome to my husband and I. We both needed new shoes for different things we have going on in our lives and were told to go to Fleet Feet. Fernando had really genuine customer service, was super knowledgeable and friendly. We both found shoes and inserts that changed the game and will definitely be back!
