Bike just because it caught my eye. Got a good price on it and the owner was very Helpful with my son who had many questions about bike parks. Recommend this bike shop for custom bike parts

Have bought multiple inner tubes. All four of them have popped, and never seem to last more than two weeks. Bought a bike for 300 bucks. And has had nothing but problems with it ever since I got it.. when you pull up to the spot, it does not seem legit. Very sketchy in the middle of nowhere. And every bike they have is Dusty and has been sitting for a while so make sure you ask for a warranty, because you are probably going to buy something that is faulty or has something messed up with it. Brought it in to get checked, he road it for 5 seconds and said it's normal.. yet the sound got worse..
He also got upset with my comment and threatened me with "I know where you work" like that was professional.. and like my job really would care of his thoughts lol

Get an estimate before you drop off your bikes.

Charged me $80 bucks to replace 3 kid size tire TUBES, even after I specifically asked for a call back with a quote (to quote me first before replacing the tubes). He went ahead and replaced them without letting me know. He claims to have standard pricing, if that is the case WHY didn't he quote me then? Make sure you get an estimate first, DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR BIKE without an agreement first. Overpriced, you won't save time or money here. You are better off buying a new bike or just replace the tubes yourself.

* I just realized they didn't even put the front brake back on.

His reply makes no sense. If you know it's going to take a certiain amount of LABOR TIME, you first communicate and let the customer know the details I still paid the guy no one has said anything about being treated unfairly. He will not acknowledge that he was wrong here. As he says YOU ARE A GRAIN OF SALT TO HIM.

*I've taken my kids bikes to him multiple times prior to COVID. We never asked him for a discount or a REFUND the one day he wasn't there That's when they messed up my sons trike. I wouldn't recommend this place, a business that does not value its customers specially CHILDRENS Bikes. This place is not worth investing in.

Went in here asking for some brake fluid for some Sram Guide R brakes, and employees were fumbling around looking for things, then he came back offering me mineral oil. Mineral oil on Sram brakes?.... It's all I needed to hear, I walked right out. As I'm walking out one of the people in there said the owner would be back later on, that he was out buying some bikes.
Maybe the owner should leave some people in charge that know a little bit about bikes.
