I had a pair of boots still in really good shape except for the heels, which were so worn down I wasn’t sure they were repairable. When I went back to pick them up, they looked brand new. He not only had done an excellent job on the heels, but polished them up beautifully! I felt like I had a brand new pair of boots for a very reasonable price. So much better than throwing them out and buying a new pair. I am a very satisfied customer!

My husband needed his shoes polished for a business trip out of state and we had a quick turnaround. I went to Arden shoe repair on a Saturday and the service was excellent. The representative stayed a little late since he was the only person working and finished the shoes- thank you for going over and beyond!

Had to catch a flight out of Sac and my shoes decided to start falling apart on the sides and bottom sole. Called around and Arden Shoe Repair was open till 4 pm on Saturday. They were able to make the necessary repairs in time and avoid problems. Thank you for doing such a thorough job!

I took in an old pair of boots that were falling apart and they look brand new. They replaced the soles, restitched them, and reinforced the backs (before and after photos below). The staff is super friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need any shoe or leather repair.

Best shoe repair. I noticed a big black spot on brand new leather camel colored sandals. They were able to clean and cover the spot so the look new again. Reasonable fees, trustworthy, professional, and friendly.

I have a backpack. I like it a lot, but it went and got a busted zipper. I didn’t want to kick it out the house for not working, so I checked with Arden Shoe Repair to see if they could do something.

They said, “Bruh, let me hook you up.” I’m paraphrasing, but for really real - they fixed my backpack zipper and now we’re as happy as ever.

I’m thankful they kept me from having to write an awkward Dear John letter to a backpack, because I don’t even speak luggage.
