I’m a customer of this location. I like the store, it’s clean and neat and they always have size 10.
The ladies there are really professional and really high quality of retail service.

I stopped by to purchase a pair of boots today. When I stepped into the store the young lady didn’t acknowledge me. They had a good variety of boots on the shelf’s but not exactly what I was looking for. I asked for a shoe size and the lady basically rolled her eyes at me. I tried the shoes on but they didn’t fit. I asked her if she carried a 8 1/2 wide she said we don’t carry the wide size with an attitude. I noticed that 4 other people walked in and she didn’t greet anyone. For a store that is selling $200 boots you would really think that they would have better service

I walked in there and to my surprise, the shoes look well made and beautifully designed, but their shoes are wayyy too narrow. This company is catering to a selective few.
Let’s just put it this way, they are not made for “The Common” people.

3/3/2024 @ 2:30pm. Arden Fair Mall. The young lady with dark hair and glasses was NOT professional. As a salesperson she did not take the time to truly help me nor ask enough questions to really understand my foot needs. Quite unfortunate!

The have the worst employees every time I go there the say we don’t have your size or they make up stuffs. Both of those girls that works there have the worst attitude an employee could ever have one of them have curly hair and the other is a bit tall, rolls theirs eyes at people and look at them aggressive/meanest way possible.
