Came in for some work boots, was immediately greeted by a worker (did not get their name). They went ahead and scanned my feet and matched me with the perfect boots. Unfortunately, the place got very busy so they had to attend to other customers but soon after Dan took over. His customer service along with his partners was amazing and will definitely be coming back to this location.

Excellent from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. I didn't feel intimidated while Dan made me feel at ease. I appreciate the approach as he introduced me as a first time Red Wings customer. Took the time to explain the foot scan and the walking template. Honestly a learning experience. I wore my shoes for a full work day and couldn't be happier. The support and comfort was all that was promised. You found a new customer for life.

This store is amazing, the layout has a very relaxing setting. Dan and the other employees are very nice and helpful. Had everything I needed in stock. This is my new store for all my redwing needs, telling all my friends from PMA in the surrounding area
