Love Tommy Bahama and particularly the customer service at the Carmel store. It is the best by far and I have shopped at otherTB’s on Maui and the Big Island. The sales associate tracked down a top I wanted that showed “ sold out” on the internet. It was the LADT shirt of its kind and she really went the extra mile to find it for me. Much appreciated.

Has to be one of the best organized stores
from updated quality stylish merchandise to its upbeat knowledgeable sales employees!
For sure the best in the state of California!
It’s worth a beautiful trip to Carmel By the Sea just to compliment this shopping experience!

I called the Carmel store to order a particular shirt for a gift. Carol was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to use my coupon and shipping was free. I recently visited Tommy Bahama, looking for a nice shirt to give as a gift. I walked in to the store and saw an employee who did not greet me. I soon then went to this employee asking for advice on the clothing. Her name was Linda but it seemed like she either didn’t know much about the clothing or she didn’t care to help. I just turned around to find another employee. That’s when I was greeted by Rachel and Noah. They proceeded to help me find the perfect shirt for my boyfriend! I’m only giving 4 because of how bad the atmosphere was when I first walked into the store.. Thanks again Rachelle and Noah!!!
