Hacía tiempo que no me sentía tan cómoda en una tienda, como disfruta haciendo su trabajo y como me apetece correr con sus consejos!!

I loved this store growing up and my family has gone here for years. However, I went to the store recently with my son to get a new pair of running shoes. I waited patiently while a lady was helping another customer. It was obvious I was waiting for assistance and it was ignored by multiple people in the store that work there. After 20 minutes I decided to leave with no help, greeting, or assistance. The store was not crowded and know that the other staff saw that I was in there looking for help. Completely disappointed.

So thankful to have this store in Carmel! Every time I go in there the staff is extremely welcoming and always helps me find what I’m looking for! They are extremely knowledgeable of the different shoe types and were able to recommend the perfect running shoe for me. Also they have such a great collection of activewear. One of my favorite stores in Carmel! Also feels great to shop somewhere where I know it’s locally owned!

The wife and just stopped in here and bought two pair of road shoes. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and took multiple trips to the stock room without hesitation. Really great service, really great prices. They also offered a 10% Military discount.

I was there for 3 days in a row, 1 to buy a gift certificate, another to buy the shoe and another to swap out the shoe.

The first two days we were assisted by Michael. This guy must have a PHD. In feet. He knew everything from bone structure, amount of gel they used in the shoes, bunyons, width of feet and more. We just let the mad scientist work. Found the shoe my lady wanted for her birthday present and we left.

The third day we came back and Annie assisted us. Annie must have had training as a meditation master because my lady ended up going back and forth through like 7 other pairs of shoes. She was professional, helpful and dedicated to finding the right shoe for my lady and kept a smile on the entire time!

This is my new shoe place. Professional, friendly, happy and well educated in their profession the employee's make you feel beyond comfortable as I feel that we made very informed decisions on our purchases. The freshly made cookies compliment the beautiful photos of our area posted around the building.

If you want athletic shoes and a bit more information your specific needs for your feet, this is the place to go!

I walked into the building and saw that this was a very popular place. The two associates working at the time were helping other customers but it wasn't long before they asked to help me. Michael sat me down and very quickly determined the type of foot I have. He brought out a few different ones for me to try. With each pair I was able to go for a quick run around the building to test them out. After finally deciding on a pair he took me to the register. I thought I would be paying way more than what I could find online but as it turns out, they are the same price. I was glad to support a local business. I will definitely shop here again and I have already recommended it to others.

This is such a wonderful, customer service oriented store. Not only do they carry high quality merchandise and custom fit you for running shoes, they keep track of your past purchases so that you don't have to remember the name of those wonderful socks that you want to buy another pair of. But most recently, during the COVID-19 shut-down, I was still able to purchase a gift certificate for my husband's upcoming birthday. I sent an email to the owner and he was happy to help me and delivered the certificate ( plus some store swag!) right to my doorstep!! Please support this store by buying gift cards that can be used once things open up.

If you need good advice on shoes, this is the best place to go. The staff is knowledgeable and honest. My husband has wide feet and they worked to find him the right shoe and special ordered it when they didn't have it in stock. The staff are avid hikers and runners and really know their stuff Great, great service!
