I walked out of The Good Feet Store skeptical, but willing to try something new. I didn't want to be the crying culinary graduate I was two days ago. After a standing eight hour shift, I walked like my feet were bleeding and cried when I finally laid down for bed. My feet were killing me.
I have gone through many "supportive" shoes and have tried every type of insert to help with my flat footedness and so far nothing has helped... until I walked into The Good Feet Store. I got an appointment to get fitted for an arch support and it was the best thing I could have done for myself.
Alphonso helped me get fitted with inserts to support my collapsing arch. My feet had never felt better.
It was a bit pricey (inserts running 400 each), but sometimes you have to invest in yourself. I work in the restaurant industry, so my feet are important. I am never still, and I work fast. The inserts I got will help me continue on in my career ♡

Went here today because my sneakers are bothering my feet so when I walked in a very nice guy greeted my friend and I and said I’ll be with you as soon as I can I need to help these people first I’m the only one here right now. So no problem we waited, in comes another guy who I guess was on lunch or ending his lunch. He told us that he couldn’t help us because we needed to have an appointment and from what we thought he said was the next one was 2:00. Nope they had an appointment booked at 2:00 and the guy didn’t even try to somehow help us, they were completely booked up until 6 pm tonight and “each appointment last an hour.” WTH? I have never heard of making an appointment to purchase a pair of inserts or a pair of shoes, I looks at their website and saw that they were open so I drove there from Carlsbad. No where on the website did I see any indication of an appointment being necessary to buy anything. I will never go to this place again, if will stick with Footwear etc in Encinitas where I’ve never had a problem like this.

My experience at the Good Feet Store with Ryan Noell was exceptional. He was genuine, informative, and took the time to understand my personal needs and concerns.

What I appreciated most was learning about how Good Feet products could serve a preventative role in my health and wellness journey as a supplement to my exercise routine, even though I currently don't experience significant pain. Ryan also explained to me how these products could benefit my son, who is into marathon running and needs extra support. Through our conversation, I realized that investing in these arch supports is an investment in our long-term well-being, much like going to the gym to strengthen our muscles.

I loved the personalized footprints Ryan created for me. We reviewed my footprints and he explained how the supports work to keep my feet aligned and how they relieve pressure and discomfort. As part of the experience, I was given the opportunity to experience something called a Med Massager machine. It felt amazing on my feet and particularly under my big toe on my left foot which does tend to hurt from time to time. I received a complimentary pair of bamboo socks with compression. The massage and socks were lovely touches which enhanced my overall experience. In addition, the lifetime warranty was an indicator of the overall quality commitment by Good Feet to ensuring the products met my needs for the rest of my lifetime.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Ryan and The Good Feet Store to anyone looking for pain relief in the body which, I learned during my visit, can be addressed by realigning my feet!
