Greeted by a very friendly lady, who was very helpful and fun to talk to. I found an amazing pair of shoes that are so comfortable and perfect for walking around Sausalito. Loved the leather coats and many of the beautiful shoes! Lovely!

Horrible experience when I visited last week. The Caucasian woman at the store was racist and was shouting across the store - apparently this isn’t the first time that customers felt a racist behavior towards them (as seen in Yelp). DO NOT support this horrible business and behavior.

Outstanding customer service-

Beautiful, quality leather jackets and coats. Charles took so much time to go through different styles and options with us. My husband found a beautiful Remy jacket. I couldn't find the right size in the jacket I loved for me and he ordered it. It arrived in Oregon weeks later and was beautiful and fit as he said the size would. Like it was tailored for me.

I would not hesitate to recommend their store to anyone. They offer the best, quality leather goods with experience to match. Thank you, Charles. It will last a lifetime.

Great store with unique and different products to purchase. Now have larger sizes which makes shopping so much better. Got a wool Kangol cap this time that’s fits perfectly. Definitely will get more items on next visit

Service - pretentious and upright rude! Stood in the shop today without saying a word whilst admiring a beautiful leather wallet as I had already assumed that the lady serving was busy with a couple buying goods already in the store. The staff thhen turned around to me inconveniently and said, "I'm busy here - what can I do for you?" I simply pointed out the item and said "if it's ok", to which she gave me the item to look at and a simple quote for the item and went back to talking lovely and warmly to the only 2 customers in her store.

Understandably, I knew she was serving them and didn't say a word. I was ready to purchase the product and possibly more as I was loving the bags also. I guess the lady working had pegged me for someone with not having the same money or high interest in purchasing like the other customer did and treated me like dirt under her shoe, to which she turned around to me and said quite aggressively, "I'm busy right now - it could be better if you came back later". I have never once been treated so badly with customer service and that experience was enough to upset me for me to walk out and not purchase any leather goods. Treat all customers equally and with dignity... goods can not be that good when they are continuously around bad energies that you hold yourself towards customers. Learn some manners please. This may just help with your sales from time to time.

Really upsetting moment to here so many wonderful things about Sausalito and one single person can ruin that for you and your entire day. Very disappointing and concerning for what looked like a lovely leather goods store.
