Easily the best ski shop in town. Family run and the service is phenomenal. Arturo is great at listening/understanding your needs and has always pointed me in the right direction. Skis come out looking stunning after a wax & tune. Rare shop that has never pushed services that I didn't need. High quality rental fleet for the gf at a better price than on-mountain. Recently bought a new pair of skis here and they perform amazing in the terrain/conditions that I asked for. Haven't had this much fun skiing in a while. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to take their time with you. If you want to work with someone who has skin in the game instead of a disinterested employee go here. Walked in with no appointment and Arturo helped equip me with entire ski and snowboard setup with free service. Finished snowboard setup same-day, board on sale. He spent hours warming up the ski boot molds to let me try several different brands and sizes, explaining the ins and outs of how to select them (volume, width and length, flex), and making sure my feet were comfortable and fit properly.

Local, friendly, carries great gear, knowledgeable, helped me same-day. Would recommend to anyone interested in buying their own equipment.

After several years of renting skis and snowboards and never having things fit right, we decided to buy our own gear. We looked on yelp and found this store close by and decided to check them out. This is an owner operated store with a great selection of excellent brands and the owner “Arturo” has a ton of knowledge and was absolutely awesome to work with. You just don’t find the level of customer service we experienced these days. There was no rush and no high pressure sales. The focus was making sure everything fit right and let me tell you, once you get gear that is custom fitted to you, the feel is night and day. They also have a service shop in the back and the owner personally mounted everything perfectly and because my foot is wide and weird shaped, he used a specialized machine to expand my boots in the areas where there was pressure on my feet so they fit just right. I can’t recommend this place enough. They also offer rental gear and it was way higher quality than any of the rentals we previously had in Tahoe and much less expensive than other shops (and they make sure the gear fits whether you are renting or buying). Again, you just don’t find this level of customer service these days! Highly recommend!!

Arturo is an expert when it comes to fitting ski boots. He has an incredible understanding of the process and takes the time to explain every step of it to you. He's always busy, which shows how much people trust him. Watching him work is a thrill in itself, but skiing in a boot that he has custom-molded to your feet is an entirely different experience. My goal was to make tight powder turns through the trees, and Arturo knew exactly how to make that happen. He spends his days evaluating feet, assessing their shape, stance, bumps, and everything else. He will punch your boot where it's rubbing, smooth out your liner, and do whatever is necessary to fit your feet perfectly. Arturo's personal attention and dedication to getting you the best fitting ski boot is unparalleled.

Arturo is super knowledgable and passionate about what he does and really cares about getting you the right fit for boots and skis, he would not sell you something that is not fully right for you which is why we trusted him so much. Amazing service, we will only be coming here for our ski equipment needs in the future!

I came in here multiple times for boot fittings and the owner didn't hesitate to assist me for several hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
