Leti, Who happens to be the owner, provided excellent service. I went in to buy a cowboy hat for only one party I was going to and she actually made a suggestion to save me money and buy a cheaper hat. Not many store owners do something like that. I was very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!!

This shop was between the two places I came in to town to visit. I have a small head and am actively looking for hats that fit, saw the hats outside and decided to check it out. Ms. Letty hooked me up! Not only did she guess my hat size off the rip but found me the perfect hat for an extremely great price. There were 2 other folks that walked in and were just as friendly as she was.

Although I’m not a regular customer, they remembered who I was from two years ago when I bought a hat. I came in to repair another hat that wasn’t even bought from them and they were so kind and offered me such good service for such a reasonable amount that I will come back and be a more regular customer! Well done to them!

I am from down south and recently moved to California. Unfortunately when I got here my belt buckle broke! So I found this shop in attempt to repair or replace my buckle. The service there was absolutely amazing!! Not only did I find a buckle, but she took my boots straight off my feet and softened the leather for me, no charge necessary!! It definitely felt like a slice of home. Ten out of ten recommend!

This is THE BEST PLACE for personalized service, the best fashionable western wear, and awesomest staff.....ever!

I knew nothing about western wear. By the time I left? Letti (the owner) made sure i was comfortable with all the decisions we made.

Very friendly. And genuinely interested in the customer. (Not just selling something!)

Thank you 805 Work & Play Western! I appreciate all you did for me to get ready for my event. I was given the best customer service and attention the minute I walked in by Letty the owner. They went beyond the call of duty to fix a Stetson felt hat that belonged to my father to have it ready for the event. That was very emotional not only for me but for my family. They were also able to bring in a pair of boots and a vest that I liked last minute..Those boots rocked. I highly recommend 805 Work & Play Western. Thank you Letty! Your the best!
