First time customer and will be a forever customer. I was treated with probably the best respect I have ever received from a customer service worker. The process was very easy and was very informative as I learned about my walking gait, arch and knowing what would be best for me and my feet issues. I walked away with the best possible boots and yes, expect to invest a good amount of money before you leave…but I did not feel at all that anything was a cash grab. I was comfortably able to choose what I wanted or what I did not wanted and was not pressured into anything at all. I will tell my coworkers and friends about this establishment and I will be back for more boots!

I want to say customer service was excellent. Since I have flat feet they scanned my feet and introduced me to some new socks that would help after a 10 hour day on your feet. The best customer service I've ever experienced. We came in to the store to look around since my boyfriend is in need of some work boots. Both Pat, the owner of the store, and his staff member were great. We will definitely be coming back to THIS store once we're ready to purchase.

Under new ownership. Pat is friendly, attentive to customer needs and wants you to leave the store with a smile. Helped me find the right size using new “Volumental” machine. Very personal experience and machine is precise with exact measurements. If you’ve never worn Red Wing boots or shoes before, or are not sure if they are for you, this is the place to go! If I can give Patt 10 stars I would!! He took his time to educate me on the type of work boot that would be perfect for the work that I do. Customer service like Patt provided does not exist anymore. From the minute that we walked in the door it was a very kind and pleasurable experience! As the owner of the store you can see the pride and joy he takes in his work.

I do not recommend this place at all the owners a jerk and it ain't my fault I got bad feet I tried on two pairs of boots and I took them back because they hurt my feet it's business if they hurt my feet I'm not going to keep them that's just the bottom line so he had an attitude why I have no idea go to Boot Barn
