First time going into a Red Wing store and I have to say I am extremely happy. The service there was hands down one of the best. Kaitlyn was the lady helping me out and she was very nice and knowledgeable about there product. She even got all this information from this machine about my foot that I didn't even know you could get. I took all her recommendations and I have never had a work boot feel so natural and comfortable, I can't wait to use them at work on Monday! There whole team that was working definitely knew what they were talking about. I think the names of the other workers were Forest and Deven. They were all very kind and personable. I will not go anywhere else to get my boots. You guys ROCK!

Greeted upon arrival and was walked through the scanning process with care. I was able to try three recommended styled one of which was perfect! I was informed about after care and the offer to bring them in to be oiled once a month. Overall, really grateful for the excellent service that made this a quick easy experience.

I've been buying redwing boots for years. I work in wastewater and water distribution and am on my feet at least 9 hours a day in wet conditions. The 411's in the picture is by far the best boot for the price I've found. I'm pretty hard on my boots and can usually get about 2 years out of them before needing to be rebuilt. I've tried other brands but always come back to redwing.
