My family rented 3 sets of downhill skis, boots, poles, and 4 helmets. One of us has extra wide feet and the staff worked to find him the widest boots and best fit that they could. The service was stellar and our equipment was all in great shape and freshly waxed. I have nothing negative to say about the service at Crystal. Thank you for helping our vacation be amazing!

I’ve rented skis here multiple times, got my skis tuned and bindings mounted here. My equipment is working great. Every time staff is super friendly, informative, and helpful. I can’t recommend any more! Prices are great and I don’t plan to go anywhere else?

If only all rental services could be this seamless and efficient! We hired with them 3 times - and even hired for a week and drove up to Vail, as it was cheaper to pay for an extra day with the skis driving than to hire in Vail!
The staff routinely see everyone who walks through the door in a flash and get them sorted with care. They are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent range of quality skis and gear. Cannot recommend them enough!
Tip: get yourself organised and hire online more than 2 days before your pickup date to save 20%.

Had a great experience here renting boots and helmets. Very affordable compared to other shops/resort rentals. They let you pick up the day before in the afternoon and only charge you one day if you return before 8pm next day or 9am following day. Really helpful and friendly staff. The goggles we bought were $40 and worked really well!!
