This store is ran with perfection. Steve is one of the nicest and most professional sales reps I’ve ever dealt with in retail. I’m sure all of the redwing store are great, but I will go out of my way every time just to go to this one. Not to mention, the boots are leagues above any other. I've worn Red Wing boots for work for years. They are by far the best boots I've ever had, and worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience at a Red Wing store, but Steve at this location gave me the best customer service I've ever had. He really went above and beyond to help me get into my new pair of boots today. Owning a landscaping company I wear my boots hard and he helped navigate me to the right pair for what I do, and making sure I got the best fit possible. These new boots are the best feeling, best fit boots I've ever had.

Fantastic experience as always. My prior Redwing boots lasted me 10yrs & resoled 4 times. They are still good enough but I wanted a new "fresh" pair. Walked out with a set of 400s & I'm glad I did. The gentleman running the store was helpful without being overbearing. Their products are truly the best American made boots in my opinion!

Bought a pair of high end work boots from this store. I've had them for 8 days now and I love them. I wore them for 8 hours the first day and 15 hours the next day. They NEVER hurt my feet. I didn't even need to break them in. I'm truly impressed. Best pair of boots to ever grace my feet. Red Wings are my new go-to boots.

Lorenzo was the best Redwing employee I have encountered in the years of purchasing their shoes .We went through every different shoe scenario all while he helped multiple guests at the same time. Not sure how it was possible, but he nailed it.
