I decided to make the switch from being a snowboarder to a skier and therefore needed advice on A to Z because I didn't know anything. I decided to start with boots as that's what everyone has told me is the most important investment in the ski world. I was told to look for the oldest most hardcore ski bum for a boot fit. I was lucky enough to get Adam Olmstead as my boot fitter. He's not an old head but the experience and knowledge he radiates is extremely comforting as a person with so much curiosity.

I was told the boot fit would be about an hour and a half but I ended up staying much longer so that he could explain so much more to me. I left feeling very satisfied with the entire process, and much more competent overall even as a snowboarder. I knew that my best interest, safety and comfort were always the top priority and I loved that. I've got much more gear to get but I know where to go and who to talk to now for the next big things.

Butch assisted me with a ski return for my mom. My mom is 70 she has multiple sclerosis and is about to have back surgery. She really wanted to ski but her body wouldn’t allow her. Butch made it right with no qualms. Great employee for Christy’s and great customer service. Keep it up. Not all business on the mountain have been up to par. We’ve waited over 30 minutes for a drink and never received it l, waited at another establishment to place an order and after 20 minutes no one came to our table. No one at our hotel seems to know a thing about epic passes. Epic passes have been a nightmare. We rented from Christy’s 20 years ago and they seem to still have it together. Way to go!

Very knowledgeable staff put me in the perfect skis and boots for my style and level. Had a great day on the slopes due to their accurate sizing based on the questions they asked me. Quick service both for pickup and drop-off, didn't spend more than 10 minutes in the shop total

I highly recommend this shop! I needed work on a ski boot I recently purchased at a different Christy Sport. Kelsey the manager was extremely helpful & professional. She went out of her way to assist me & I appreciated her expertise and patience.
I also want to mention how accommodating the other staff in the store were. I was greeted promptly & felt welcomed. Getting my boot adjusted correctly will make the rest of my stay much more enjoyable.

Outstanding Snowboard shop!!! Most knowledgeable, professional, and nice staff! Always happy to answer my board maintenance questions; and the best to take it to when needing repairs or tune. Great selection of apparel — Again, such a great staff, just communicate and they can take care of all your ski/snowboard needs. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing and extremely professional!.. Mark and the manager took the time to fit our family with our ski rentals. It did not feel like a cattle run. This outpost provided us with what could be deemed personalized service. Even though they were also training two new personnel at the time, it did not take away from their efforts to assist us and other customers at the time! We skii at least twice a year around Colorado and can definitely ascertain that we will go this outfit on our next run at Crested Butte!

I rented demo skis for three days from Christy Sports at Mt Crested Butte. I expected to get good skis, but the unexpected surprise was the great service. I took a different ski out every day and worked with Will, Adam and Shane. Each of them was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Each day, I described what I was looking for and each time I got a very suitable ski to try. I'm very satisfied with my experience. The service at Christy Sports, Crested Butte was top notch!

Excellent experience today at Crested Butte Christie sports. Hunter helped my son get his boots dialed in a feeling great. Plenty of staff, extremely helpful, competitive prices. Went back later to get a pair of gloves and again were very pleased with the service and selection. Thanks for keeping things easy.
