Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment! He was patient with us and made sure all the equipment fit perfectly and was to our liking. I love this shop. The atmosphere is phenomenal. I love coming here when I need any new gear and I leave with more knowledge and tips as well. Tom is the kindest most generous and humble person I have met. I have been coming to him since the first time I decided to get into skiing and it has been a few years now. I feel like Tom is like family at this point.

Tom was wonderful! Took the time to come and fit all of our family. He also let us have the equipment for an extra day in between ski days for no extra fee. He has a much better selection of gear that the rentals at the mountain and at better prices.
